Working under the Director of Archives and Scholarship, the Library Assistant/Cataloger is responsible for copy-cataloging publications in the Rauschenberg Foundation Library.
- Basic copy cataloging of books and periodicals including searching, editing, assigning call numbers, and importing records into library catalog.
- General library maintenance including book processing and shelving/reshelving.
- Identification of publications that need preservation or replacement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Masters degree in Library and Information Science, or other degree supported by copy cataloging experience, and knowledge of cataloging standards and practices. Knowledge of 20th century art. Recent graduates welcome to apply.
