  1. Dear Sir or Madam:

I got my acceptance letter on March 7 from University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. I will be starting my Master of Library Information and Studies (MLIS) from Sptember 2010. I am interested in applying for the Beta Phi Mu Scholarships for Fall 2010. I understand that dead line for the scholarship is March 15. My application along with my transcripts, resume, autobiography, letter for choosing MLIS program, and the reasons for applying for Beta Phi Mu scholarships are ready to submit via electronically.

In order to qualify for Beta Phi Mu scholarship I need 5 references. I know that my reference letter may not received by March 15. Therefore, I wondered if March 15 is also the due date for the references.
